If you are purchasing as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

The cost of returning the Product is the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned Product or proof that it has been shipped back to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the Product must be returned complete, in its original packaging (where applicable), together with all accessories, documentation and protective elements included with the order.
The Product should not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond this extent.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, excessively used or without their original protective packaging (where applicable) may not qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
