These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Come Closer online store available at www.come-closer.co, including placing orders, concluding sales agreements, payments, deliveries, returns and complaints.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Seller – Creative Lab Paulina Kwaśny.
Store – the Come Closer online store.
Customer – any person purchasing Products through the Store.
Consumer – an individual acting outside their trade, business or profession.
Account – a Customer account created within the Store.
Product – any item offered for sale in the Store.
Order – a Customer’s declaration of intent to purchase Products.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store you need:

While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Store, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer Account
Creating an account is optional and free of charge.
Customers may also place orders without creating an account.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
We reserve the right to remove an account in cases of:

5. Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To place an order, the Customer must:

choose a delivery and payment method,

confirm the purchase.
The sales agreement is concluded once the Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
6. Prices
All prices displayed in the Store include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in the currency selected by the Customer and may vary depending on the selected market or region. Delivery costs are displayed separately before checkout.
We reserve the right to change Product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Should exceptional circumstances extend this timeframe, the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned Product has been received or proof of return has been provided.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed Products which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

perfumes, fragrance samples, Discovery Sets, body care products and other cosmetic products where the protective seal has been broken,

Products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,

Products made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised,

Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
11. Complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity of Products in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

12. Liability
Products should always be used according to their intended purpose.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between photographs and actual Products may occur.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions where required by changes in law or business operations.
